Just an update & pat on the back for me! Into week 4 & I can safely say never again will I smoke! I left the gym today & was walk back to the car a guy in front of me was smoking. Did I really smell like that for the last 20 years? I had to stop for a minute until he was out of range. Work rate at the gym has increased massively! Here's to the second chapter of my life..... The non smoking side!
