Having some fairly powerful cravings this morning. My fault probably as I chose to lie in rather than get up and put a new patch on. Kids and husband being especially annoying this morning too:rolleyes:

I know things will probably turn around completely later in the day.

Hi Pisky, hope you are feeling better this evening.

I have been like that, if you lay in bed to long I think the craving starts.

I think it's better to keep busy in the early days of our quit.

Thanks chaps. Somehow I got through the day. Think today was hard as this is my first weekend since I returned to work after beginning the quit. Have just been feeling really flat and tired and unable to muster the enthusiasm for much.

Am joining my youngest in binging on popcorn and sweeties tonight as he has a friend for a sleepover. I know eating isn't the answer but its a temporary (and yummy!) solution to the problem.

I always found weekends harder Pisky! Dig in and keep going you can do this!1 more day and it will be 2 weeks done. The hardest time I think and it is done and dusted for you so as they say.... Onwards and Upwards!

yummy popcorn not something i eat very often as it evaporates so quickly :eek:

one minute your sitting there with a big bucket and the next its gone and your left thinking whos nicked that!!
