This is the attempt that will last forever :)

Hello folks am back again, like most I suppose. However this is the time am going to do it and stick to it, never again will a real cigarette touch my lips.

The last time I stopped I was clear for 19 months, after a broken leg and stuck on crutches I stupidly started again even though I wasn't missing them.

I used champix last time however I won't use it again, it does what it says but the side effects for me were not good, I became a loner and didn't want to leave the house.

This time I am using sky cigarettes, to ease me through the first few weeks/months. I have picked this method as a few work mates have done well using this method.

That's me 24 hours stopped and I have to say I feel good, no real cravings today that I couldn't handle.

Am nervous about the next few days but I am sure I will manage.

My main reason for stopping - my 4 year old daughter.

Hello, well done for today, sounds like you've made a great start :)

I've never heard the term 'sky' cigarettes but am assuming it's the electronic ones?

All the best for this quit.

Well Dale, I can't think of any better reason to quit than your little girl.

We all know how hard it is, and the reasons why we should quit this awful and very dangerous habit.

You can do this you have before, just think of all the extra treats and hols you can give to you and your family with the money you can save.

Worth it, the hell it is.
