Hi all!

Blimey, it's been quite a while since I posted on here. Just thought I'd come back to see how everyone's doing and to try to give some words of encouragement.

I've been quit now for 2 years and 8 months (flippin' 'eck!) and haven't looked back. Not once. I don't give it a second thought - even in the company of smokers, it just doesn't ever occur to me that "I used to do that." I would never have thought that there could be a life without cigarettes... couldn't even contemplate a DAY without smoking at one point. And now, I don't even remember anything I ever actually liked about it.

Really, it's the best thing I have ever done for myself. I LOVE not smoking!

Sending congratulations to all for quitting - even those who have just 1 day of not smoking clocked up; that's still some achievement. Wishing everyone good luck in their recovery and good health in the future. Go us!

Hi Skippy

Thank you for your words of encouragement.

It is so good to hear another success story and that you have taken the time to pop in and let us toddlers know how good it is to get to where you are.

Thank you for that :)

I hope you enjoy your freedom, sounds like you jolly well are :D

Take care

Greg
