Isn't it wonderful when you suddenly realise it's getting easier. I started not thinking about them for hours and then suddenly you realise "hey...that's great I haven't thought about them for hours!"

Of course, no sooner have you had that thought and you start thinking about them again! hehe

Still, this is the start of you really getting over it.

Am getting quite good at this, my ex smoking pal went out for a fag at lunchtime and i thought, god she must be nuts for going out in this weather !

Love this post, made me realise i hardly think about it these past couple days

I also find i dont have to scrab to get on here for reassurance anymore, i come on here now to hopefully inspire others to continue with their quit.

We're all winners by choosing not to be a slave to smoking.....
