Hi Guys....3 months done.....and now into the 1st day of my 4th month....must say I never thought I would get here....congrats and continued strength to all my fellow quitters...this forum has been a massive support for me personally....and I also feel it helps your own cause so much in encouraging others....you are quite a bunch.....thanks to everyone.

I have only one issue with that...reminds me of my first wife......but otherwise yes....not a huge disco fan at the time....but do enjoy TOTP2 when they revisit that era....my main passion were bands from late sixties early seventies.....my favourite being a band from Leicester called Family.....not very disco sorry!!!!!...but no way I would spoil the party......never understood the penthouse reference....but I am sure it's awesome.

Ah I love late 60's early 70's, or at least what my parents were listening to! We'll get some of that music going too.

The penthouse is just the room on this forum that you move into when you have been smoke free for a year. You'd be amazed how many this forum has got through to the penthouse so it's kind of become an ideal
