Back to work tomorrow after 2 wonderful weeks off over Christmas and New Year.

It's going to be tough / interesting / challenging as smoking has been such a part of my routine at work. Most of my meetings took place in the car park :rolleyes:

If I can do this week, I really think I can do it.

I work with a lot of smokers, and smoking was a big part of my routine as well - it is a bit of a test but I'm sure you'll manage.

Stay strong Antitrust. Get through a week or so at work and any triggers there will be in the past, you won't have to face them again.

You won't need luck though, you have strength

Work is a hard one for me too, as you say, it's riddled in to my daily routine. Nipping outside for a chat with some of the lads over a coffee and a fag!

It just takes time to retrain yourself so stay strong and deep breathing.

You can do it.

Hope first day back isn't too bad.....soon be home time
