Day 4 - 1st Patch Free Day

Yup, I'm patch free so far today. This wasn't a deliberate choice really - I was going to the swimming pool this morning so thought I'd just put one on after rather than waste one.

But I forgot to put one on, and I'm still here

I'm building up to Day 7 on Monday - first day back at work after 2 weeks off, so ill need to establish a new routine.

Don't feel you have to rush it though.

If you feel you are going to wobble its always going to be better to turn to NRT than to smoking.

Having said that you sound positive still so onwards and upwards
