Day One: A Good Start

I have been smoking for 10 years (I still cant get my head around that it actually has been that long.) I once stopped for 3months after having a really bad sickness bug. I started again by going to a pub with a friend having one drag then smoking again. I have now taken the Allen Carr easy way to stop and even though its only my first day of not smoking i dont feel a sense of loss or panic anyway. When i quit before i found fourms such as this great to communicate with other people going through the same thing as yourself.

Good luck everyone
