In the last month, I have not smoked 725 cigarettes.

I have saved £288.42.

I have saved just over 3 days of my life.

Happy? Too right!

Really can't believe that I've made it this far. I feel like a non-smoker, I'm still determined and ready to face the challenges ahead.

I still can't believe that I've come so far :-). I never intended to give up last month. It had been nagging at the back of my mind for a while, so I just decided to go for it.

This is my longest quit for 10 years - I am so proud of myself!
