Hiya all, i really dont know how long ive been quit for, but last 2 days i have been super stressed mainly due to work(Nasty boss, quarter figures) and if i went into work today i may have smoked when i got home, but instead i went shopping(Spending money didnt help) but im still fumming over the boss and still craving dont help my lovely BF caved in few weeks ago and started smoking(He thought he was going to lose his job)

Rant away that is what this forum is for. At least you didn't smoke. We all have to put up with horrible bosses and deadline and targets and smoking never made me reach my targets or deadlines I know that much, so keep calm and stay smoke free you have done brilliantly up to now.
