Just wondered if anyone else has got a 'smokers cough'? I started with one a couple of days ago, i wonder if its lung reparation time? Kind of hope so, another notch on the healing process if so. tighter chest also

Well done Zozie. Can't say about the cough because after 50 years smoking I didn't have one and haven't had one since I stopped. It's your lungs getting rid of all the gunk.
Could be related to quit, but it could also be with flying, I think being cooped up in a tube for hours on end can also cause a chesty cough. Keep cozy Zozie, (I'm a poet and don't know it!) and take care.
Hi Zozie.First of all well done for getting to nearly 2months. Im on day 44 and a few days ago I developed a cough-some are caused by tickles but most are shifting stuff coming out of my lungs.I think your cough is caused by your recovering lungs shifting the crap left by smoking.I think its a really good sign.All the best.
