Another attempt to stop

Well I'm having another attempt at stopping, I've planned it out as well as possible as I've found it really challenging before. Although I have stopped in the past for nearly a year so I know it is possible. No cigarettes in the house and staying away from smokers initially.

Using the cold turkey method, with a written plan for dealing with difficulties. Hopefully it will all work out
