Have made it to day half way threw day four. Still feeling good still getting a lil sickness from the champix but nothing i cant handle. Be glad to get a good nights sleep. No sleep and early

Starts are not helping my moods that are still up and down.

Found today i was missing the habbit ciggy but not wanted one .

Good on you Kazzle. Each day further away from a smoke is a day nearer nicotene being a memory.

The up and down emotions do get better. It's all normal recovery stuff.

Well done Kaz, there's been a few of us struggling with sleep and last night a few of us got a better night with the recurring theme being some exercise. Try to burn a bit of extra energy off and see how ya go! Keep it going as it does get easier, days 1 - 4 seem a long time ago now and I'm only on day 11!!
