Hi all back again, I won,t make any excuses I messed it up again in July.

I feel sad as I have just learned David as passed away.

So this quit is in memory of David.

Isnt it funny how people who dont succeed feel the need to almost apologise and make "no excuses" to the others on this forum?

Joan - you will see that I too am struggling and i also felt like a plank having to "fess up" on here. However, the support you get from people such as karri on here is awesome.

Good luck everyone. The best advice I think I can give is to take it one step at a time. That may mean one minute, or one hour or every second of the day. Whatever it takes. I found my biggest motivater was chanting "NOPE" Not One Puff EVER!!! I still say that at times and it has been more than 9 months for me now.

Just keep on trying and you will succeed!! Good luck and I am rooting for you all....ppat

I bet there's tons of us here that have loads of Day 1's under our belts. I know I have.

I love ppat's NOPE and am adopting that.

Thank you all for all your kind words, I was quite upset when I discovered

David had died he was a great support to me and I will miss him loads.

So I am going to make this quit of mine dedicated to him.

Joan - you're not the only one to fall off the wagon. I rmemember us quitting arround the same time "last time out". I'm on day 8 of the latest. I don't know why - but I feel a bit better knowing you've quit, fallen off, then started your quit agin at the same time as me!

I hope this is the one for both of us!
