pour red sauce all over it, it works for me over the kids left over dinners, unless its chip night!! i personnaly couldnt resist if it was in the house, i would have to get rid.

Well done Zebedee.....you have done and are doing awesome reaching day 8.....and you don't need that baccy...you don't, you only think you do as they are familiar to you...but its time to etch out your new 'familiar groove' and that doesn't include baccy.....
Be strong...you don't need it, and think about it even if you did have one, do you think that it would taste and feel how you remember from 8 days ago? I think not, this is what I tell myself when I feel a weak moment circling me like a shark!
FYI, on day 11....feeling tip top and weak moments fewer and fewer...hang in there...it is soooooooo worth it! :D:D:D
You could always try the minty option and I don't mean menthol cigarettes
Buy plenty of mints and chewing gum, and have one every time you have that mad urge to smoke. For the time it takes you to eat the mint or the gum to loose it's flavour, your mind should of moved on from the urge (if not, tell it to shut the hell up cos you don't smoke anymore).
You are doing really well, my last cigarette went in the bin today. Since then I've put in the left over dog food - so I am not going to retrieve it.
HI zebedee you are doing fantastic your brain will try every trick in the book to get you to smoke but like its been said you dont need it stay strong keep going :):)
