I've made it to Level 3 and I'm gob smacked - really and truly!

5th July 2012, I said to myself after the rather sceptical hypnotherapy session, that I'll be happy if I am smoke free for at least 2 months!!! This way, I'll have a good detox and will have recuperated the cost of the therapy, from not smoking!

Well, my Forum Friends, I've DONE IT and then some.....I'm not only 62 days smoke free but effectively £85 better off after deducting the cost of the therapy (£295).

I have also been walking to work and back since yesterday and whilst the weather continues to remain so glorious, I'm going to carry on walking. It's a total of 4 miles a day and even more so, it's with a new pair of lungs and a new lease of energy!!! I used to get out of breath walking up a flight of stairs, so WOW!

This feels good, I'm loving it and I want to keep this euphoric feeling FOREVER 😃

Oh, also, I went to see the Doc yesterday and he's booked me in for some blood tests as the 'tingling' may also be a result of Vitamin B12 and Folic Acid deficiency! He suggested head baths for the PND and lots and lots of Water!!

So, let's hope that the symptoms are short lived but the determination and will power reign for good.

May I take this opportunity once again to thank you all for your support and advice AND well done to you all for getting through another day either without smoking or with the strength to NOT give up trying to give up.

Blessings and Guidance,

Mimi xxxx

The tingling is vit b12 as that's wot I was getting and the docs kept telling me it's anxiety. I no what anxiety is and what I was getting is not anxiety so I did loads of resrch and that came up I take B12 B6 folic acid iron tabet and magnizum and it mostly gone. So I said I'm giving it a month and hoist back the docs with my experiment and finding

It's great ain't it when ya docs that crap u have to diagnose and treat ur self..

Well done Mimi...Like you I have increased the old excercise!! On average I swim in the sea 1 hour per day or Sea Kayak for about 4 hours once or twice a week. The sea here is 28.5c now, so a capsize or two is actually quite welcome!

Keep going with the quit..I'm at the exact same stage, 2pm 7/7 being my last smoke. :)
