40 days and 40 nights

This quit just turned biblical. Doing ok but suddenly have insomnia. I am averaging 3 hours sleep a night. Tried all the usual sleep tips. Any ideas from anyone out there. I am absolutely shattered.

I'm hoping 'biblical' is an expression...

In any case, I strongly suggest you seek medical help. Nobody here is equipped to give a diagnosis based on your summary description.

There is nowt that works for the insomnia. Tryed everything me self. Nowt worked

Think it was month 2 that I started to sleep again. I'm on my 4 month now and still have trouble sleeping. I wake up all the time having night terrors at the age of 29 lol. I suppose iv just got to ride it out like all the other symtomes :mad:
