Day 3.. Awful!

Hi everybody, struggling quite a bit, so I've joined this forum

I was fine for Day 1 & Day 2.. Half way through Day 3, things went awful so I went down the shop & bought 10.. Bad idea!!!

I had a drag & it actually tasted horrid, I smoked half & just couldn't deal with the taste so I threw it away.. & I give the cigs to my friend so they wasn't around me.

Feel so terrible for having a few puffs, I feel as though I've quit now!!

Going to buy the nicorette inhalator later

Quiting with Niquitin 21mg

dont be so hard on yourself im on the patches and the inhalator and in to my second week the first few days were the hardest for me too but keep going and it does get better and the inhalator helps loads good luck :):):)

It happens a lot that people have just that one, but luckily you're getting straight back into the quit. Well done for starting over, and good luck!

Going to pick up my inhalator on prescription at 11 now

Thanks guys, i didn't realise how hard it was going to be, but I'm sticking at it & haven't really thought of a cig since my few drags yesterday (that's how awful it tasted)

It happened to me too and I started again straight away. I like the inhalator.

Just had my first 10 minutes with the inhalator

It doesn't taste the best, but it helps with the whole hand to mouth habit!

Just need all this to get a bit easier now.. I feel fine some moment then dying for a cig the next!
