Well I say safely, had a few urges but nothing as bad as last night. Had talked myself into going to the shop to buy some, but got a packet of sweets instead.
Saved £7.50 so far, which will be getting used on Wednesday if I make it to then on a nice takeaway, lol
The urges seem to be going and I'm mastering using my inhaler when I feel the urge to have a cigarette. Should safely make it to next weekend now and then have a few beers in the house to test my resolve... as the weekend after I'm going to watch Man City play an away game, which is when I usually smoke loads.
Feeling good, although I probably would have cracked by now if it wasn't for my gf... bless her lol
