I remember like it was just yesterday first posting on this site a few days into my quit and being blown away by the level of support and encouragement that came back. I wasn't sure at that time that there was a possibility of a smoke free life after 27 years of smoking, but now I know there is.
I was a two pack a day smoker and so it's worth pondering that's a staggering £25,000 I haven't spent on cigs.
All the best to those who are early in their quit. Life without smoking really is achievable if you want it.
