Hi lovelies day 50 and all is well, cant say I am craving that much, it may pop into my mind but it does not last long.

My husband and I are going to Liverpool on Sunday just till Tuesday, so this will be the test, going away for a break without the cigarettes, but I am not worried.

Keep strong with your quits we can do this.

Hi Scousemum,we love Liverpool and go as often as we can.

My ancestors where there after leaving Ireland, so I always do a it of family research while we are there, and my husband sits in a pub.

No chance that I will blow my quit, my husband and daughters would be devastated, and I have no urge to do so.

I will raise a glass to your city though.

I am sure you will be fine on your break. Smoking is not part of your life anymore. You will enjoy yourself so much more without it. No looking for a place you can smoke and thinking when you can have the next one.

The freedom you get from not smoking anymore is priceless as is your health
