Hi everybody,

What happened to forum, havent been able to log on allday.

OH and I still going strong. Been a little nit niggly today, and the cravings more often today. Been ok though, I've had 3 lozengers. I would of been lost without them today.

OH was tempted to buy smokes. I soon put a stop to that one!

Noticed, cravings started early today, as soon I woke up.... take note to myself... bad day, if not positive in the mornings.

Thanks everyone for your encouragement....snugsy, shuffles off, mumbling to herself, calling ''feed me,now''. As you can tell its got to that stage of stuffing my face stage. Who would of guessed that wanting a smoking is just the same as my I need food now stage...very strange, how the brain works.

It is quiet today. Are you finding yourself getting anoid with yourself and with mr nicodemon? I have today, like a bear with a sore head.:mad: other stupid little things, plus its PMS time (sorry guys).
