Im doing great but have struggled a bit the worse being first thing in the morning, keep thinking I want one till my OH sparks up, or I smell him, it makes me feel sick so then I realise I dont really want one its just the voices in my head again!!
Off for my first appointment with the smoking nurse today, sorry love but I couldn't wait the 2 weeks its took to get an appointment with you!!
Read a post on here last night someone dreamed they had a smoke and had to go to day one again...really crazy but I must have gone to sleep with it on my mind and had exactly  the same dream I was absolutely gutted and had to wake myself up lol but thank god it wasnt real x

Great stuff Toyah, the weeks will start to roll by soon.
Do you think your OH will quit?
As a man I can tell you that if my wife had ever smoked and quit and I hadn't, I would have been really put out that she had done something I couldn't!
Keep that thought in mind. I bet that every day you stay smoke free will feel to him like you are getting one over him - no matter what he says!
Well done Toyah, two full weeks gone, amazing isn't it, was for me too. Don't try to browbeat the old man into stopping, if and when he wants to he will. I haven't had a smoking dream for a while but they never bothered me. As soon as I realised it was just a dream it made me smile wider. Keep it up Toyah, over half way to your first month. David
My other half at the moment is not going to quit and I wont brow beat him into stopping just keep telling him it stinks lol.
He quit for 11 yrs cold turkey and just started again about 6 months ago  how sad I was gutted, it was the "oh I will just have the one wont start again" hes now on 30 a day let that be a warning folks!! Such a good motto..N.O.P.E

Well done Toyah, great quit. Its a little bit harder when your OH continues to smoke, mines still smokes as well:(. Its more power to you if you overcome that as well.

Apparently we are supposed to go down with the 'terrible 3's' again this week, but I am not buying into that myth, just using it as an excuse to stuff my face again

I wouldn't buy that myth; I'm in week three and it hasn't happened to me.
Being a Mad March Hare is cool cos I can stay at a permanent tea party and stuff my face Love da food but hate da smokes. Lol it takes me ages to type anything these days, does quitting smoking cause dyslexia :eek:
