So I survived day 1, although it was much harder than I had expected and in comparison to my previous quit... I think I may have been thinking about what I was doing to much instead of just getting on with my day, especially after reading all day about quitting... Anyway on to day 2...
Could anyone help with a question I have, I have read here and other places about the effect of caffeine on someone who has given up being double that of when they smoked... I am using gum so still getting a good dosage of nicotine so will this be effecting me in the same way? Or can I still enjoy my many work time coffees as usual until I give the gum up?
any thoughts, facts or experience would be welcome! Thanks!
