day 45 and im still here

hello all just thought i would give a shout out that im on to day 45 still having pangs still fighting them and all the while knowing that they are all mental cravings now as all traces of smoking are gone from me physically therefore only leaves mental but then ive been state certified crazy person for years lol

anyways once more day 45 and winning

Well done keep positive you are doing great.Am on day 32,had a couple of strong cravings today.Had a diet coke,and I used to be addicted to that too,like 10 cans a day,stopped it a while back,but just fancied one today and was a real trigger,soooo wanted a fag after it,grrrrrr!!! x x x x
