Im so glad to stop by and post of no smoke.. I have NOT smoked, not even a puff for 7 mo. since July 6th @ 2pm was my quit (patch therphy). I am SO glad to be hear... thinking about many of you and hoping you all have had an easy time.This sight was where I ran to when i craved along with patchs and im thankful., im done with smokes. Anyway, For those that remember me,,,,,yes I did quit. BTW - I have had cravings but they are more wants verses needs and thats alot easier to handle! I pray and send words of comfort that you can do it today and tommorow, just believe!
