Ok...today will be day 3 with no patch at all for support. Hmmm I find I don't need it to make it thru my day....that is amazing! I am so glad I don't need them....I will keep a patch ready JIC tho. I have my lozenges ready too...but so far so good. I just hope this keeps going like this...yesterday I was bitchy tho...but I made it... Ok God bless all. Lets stick together!

Hello all been away for a few days and well I let myself down yesterday- went out and got absolutely
