Hi,
It was Nov last year when I tried to quit forever. I managed not to smoke for 10 days, on the day 11, dinner with friends and got drunk, could not control myself and lit up a cigarette, and then... you know, one sip means getting back to day 1 of smoking a pack.
Now I am aware about this fact, meaning that drinking should not be allowed for a quitter, at least in the first month. I do not know how to live smoke-free. I need to experience that. When I drink, my mind automatically goes to the days of smoking, that I was used to. Then a very strong urge came out from nowhere, enough for me to light up and having the first sip...
I need to decorate other things, maybe sports and early walks in the morning right out from bed...
I need to find tactics to quit smoking cold turkey, I checked and found that reading a copy of Allan Carr would help a lot.
I wish you have a great day and weekend, hope to hear from you soon...
