Have a great christmas and New Year guys and I hope some of you are enjoying christmas eve at home (and not out working like I usually am).
My first smokefree christmas...to be honest I can't wait. Things are looking up but that isn't due to any change in situation. Just trying to look at things in a more positive way and guess what? it's working.
Have a great crimbly everyone...giving up was kinda easy but it's the battle with your own noddle that's the hard thing. Slowly address that and the quit becomes easier (well it has for me).
Merry Xmas

P.S. the work colleague that was making my professional life hard got a taste of her own medicine by one of her bosses in front of everyone......ain't karma the sweetest thing? Everyone wonders whether karma exists but yesterday it sure did

Congratulations to all my fellow quitters we have all received the best present of all this Christmas! Freedom from a deadly addiction. So a happy Christmas and a Wonderful smoke free New Year
Just got back from christmas eve shopping from Birmingham. It wasn't as mad as I thought it would be...got a few stocking fillers in the sales. But by god, the smokers seemed to be out in force today and the whole high street seemed to stink of fags. I hate the bit where the smoke blows in your face from the person in front...urgh. It's amazing how horrible it stinks but a small portion of my brain still wants a drag, thankfully not the common sense side of the brain.
Glad you're enjoying the baileys and not being the grinch jennifluff.
Jingle bells,
Batman smells,
Robin flew away,
Santa claus dropped his draws on the M6 motorway.....HO HO HO
