Over the hump

Day 35. All my strong sensation for wanting... NEEDING to smoke are gone now. Same as it was the last time I quit for this long. The last time I quit was for 3 years with a divorce as my excuse to start again.

It's down to not putting a cigarette to my lips ever again.

As a super addict ( 30 years ) I know I can't even take a little puff of a cigar at some bar or party.

Here's hoping! And even more hopeful my lungs aren't hamburger.

Still coughing up crap.
