Some people will know I'm having a pretty crapola time at work but my husband and I have formulated a plan...and it's a great one at that. We're trying for another baby......I'll screw my work for the paid maternity leave, work 3 months and leave! great plan! Looking forward to it.
P.S. I'm Free and Healing for One Month, Twenty Days, 8 Hours and 13 Minutes, while extending my life expectancy 2 Days and 14 Hours, by avoiding the use of 755 nicotine delivery devices that would have cost me $291.

Great plan Lisa but if I were you I would take a grievence out against her. Write everything down with dates, if anyone is there when she treats you badly just say to them *did you hear that?* Then note down in your diary that they were there. If you are forced to leave because of the treatment you are getting go to a tribunal and claim against them. 9 times out of 10 they will pay up to shut you up.
Firstly, as an employer I can come at this from both angles so I will only give one piece of advice which is to be very careful what you write on forums. Employers can be wiley old foxes and I have seen forum posts become part of a tribunal !! Lisa I would keep your plans private and not publish on a public forum. I think we all feel safe in here but it's amazing how many of our posts pop up in a google search. Be careful what you write down

LOL! I'm not going to a tribunal about work....who needs the stress!!!! And last time I looked it's everyones human right to have a baby...my husband and I really want another one and so does my existing son (he wants a brother to play with but we can't really guarentee that one!). We're really excited. If I decide that work is not working for me IF I get pregnant (it took 4 years of trying with the first one) and have a baby then that is MY choice. Also...I'd be giving up a VERY large redundancy payment so my work will probably welcome the decision to go. I probably should have phrased it better but I was angry...oh hum.
And last time I looked it's everyones human right to have a baby....
I agree wholeheartedly Lisa, and I'm not having a go at you, far from it actually, I'm just trying to pass some advice that saying you will "have a baby and screw your employer" whilst your at it is probably not a good idea on a public forum. If that's what you want to do then great, but protect your position, don't tell everyone on a public forum.....that's all I'm saying
I posted this last night and for the life of me I dunno why I did it! Probably it was in my mind at the time...but just to clarify, for myself more than anything.
If work was getting to me that much, I would just leave. I just have to work out when I've had enough and go.
Thanks for your concerns regarding privacy....duly noted and understood
