Well as of tomorrow I will have been a non smoker for 3 months!!! Incredible!!! After much gnashing of teeth and tantrum throwing and at times saying, I can't do this I HAVE got this far! I've done meals out, meals in, drinks, parties, pubs and I AM STILL QUIT. I can still remember the day before my day to stop not really believing I would. Its more by luck than true grit that I came through the worst parts and a little thank you to Champix of course
I am still taking half a tablet of champix in the mornings but I forget a lot of the time and I'm finding no craves but feeling a little hyper and not sleeping so well so I think it will take some time to get completely back to normal.
Anyway I'm looking forward to meeting up with all the fellow sept quitters in the 4-5 months room.

You have done so well to get this far, you say its more luck that you have got to this point, it isnt. It was you who gnashed those teeth, it was you who fought the craving, it was you who got through each situation where you would usually have smoked without having one.
