Firstly I apologise for not seeing this earlier, this is the first time I have logged on since ages, feeling stronger today.

Thank you all my special friends, I know it's late but am enjoying the celebration just the same.

When I started this journey I never thought I would ever get this far but here I am and am pleased with myself too.

Joining the forum was the best, I got to celebrate my milestones and enjoy everyone elses. I got to laugh at our David's jokes and play games, I made many friends whom I still hear from regularly. I also had the pleasure of meeting with our very special Pol, that was a great day. While I was poorly I had beautiful flowers and a card sent to me by Pol, Mel, Fi and Cav, I felt very special, thank you guys.

Here's to another smoke-free year.
