day 73 and i hardly think about smoking now . the odd thought but no real craving . should imagine if i can get to 6 months then the desire to smoke will be gone completely . my next big milestone is 90 days and that can't come soon enough. in a way i feel the e cig is cheating but although it looks like smoking it is not as there is no smoke just vapour and you still have to go through initial cravings as you would with the nicotine gum. it seems to be working for me anyway. good luck to all you new quitters

Well done pfaber, and no the ecig isn't cheating, it's not a real cig. Use whatever gets you through I say :cool:
