day 72 and doing great today feeling really good. i know it.s early but that's how i'm feeling at the moment. can't wait until i reach the one hundred day mark as long as i don't crumble before then . i can't imagine starting at day one again so i have no intention of letting that happen . i have a lot of time invested in this quit and will fight hard not to lose it . have a nice day and stay smoke free .

yes i think you are right the longer i do this the better i'm
getting at it . i intend to make this my final quit. i just can't throw in the towel now I've come too far.
