Well managed to roll into day 2.

Didn't have best of nights, had a nasty dream but I then remembered it was probably a with drawel symptom so then felt better.

I have been out and finished my christmas present shopping and now sitting down with a coffe and marmite on toast (yummy)

Yet got to do the weekly shop but that can wait a bit.

Be back this evening when I can pinch laptop from family.

Have a great day with no smoking everybody and keep it up. WE WILL BEAT THIS NASTY HABIT
