Starting a new exercize

I saw this on youtube and the man had a size 20 something waiste. He called it the abdominal brace. All you do is suck in and out over and over. You dont have to get down on the floor and no toys. You can do it anytime anywhere. I put a rubberband around hand to remind me. I going to buy a raw veg fruit plate every 2 weeks or so to help.
