I have struggled the last few days a little. I was so stressed out but I knew cigarettes wouldn't help me and it feels good to be able to get through it without having /needing a smoke.
I love this forum, without it I would never got here.

It is funny how we all go through easy bits and tougher bits. The important thing is that we get through them!
Anyway... the important question is... Do you feel better for not smoking, and if so, how?
I'm nearer 30 days than 40 days, but I can feel that my circulation must be better because my fingers and toes are warm, despite colder weather today. I've not coughed up brown gunk yet, though, which is disappointing.
Well done dorset....and for hanging on in there, its just learning to deal without them..our brains are reprogramming!!....once again well done you!! Im following close behind u lol
Excellent stuff dorset . 40 days is real good . Two weeks and i'll be in this room if i dont fall apart and i'm doing ok so far though so should make it.
