I guess that's a good sign that I'm no longer counting in hours since my last fag!!

I have been using my "MLC" (my last cigarette) app on the iphone though. It's pretty motivating actually. Anyone else use it?

Not too much difference though this weekend. I was out running today, but the "mini heatwave" here in Denmark made it a bit of a nightmare, with my legs feeling like concrete after 50 mins. But I did have a small triumph last night when I went out to watch the football in the pub. Something that used to ALWAYS be accompanied by a packet of smokes! This time, I got to see the whole game without missing any 10 minute blocks due to trips outside
