Day 16 Champix. 1 day off the tabs!

So yesterday was a bad day on the Champix!

Well today is going quite well. I haven't smoked for 1 day 1/2 days

I find I am feeling tense at times so have bought some of the mini's to see if that helps, so far it seems to be!

Feeling very positive about it all and we'll see what happens I guess ???

Well done everyone who has done this, it ain't been easy so far!
