day 6

so here i am on day 6 feeling pretty god damn good. Noticed massive changes today i feel healthy! :eek: (which is the first time in years) have noticed a difference in my smell, and that niggling voice is quieter today even yesterday i didn't think about a smoke as much as i had done in the first few days. so overall i am feeling positive! may it long last
