Well today is 4 months since I last lit up one of those horrible little white smelly cancer sticks. Boy am I so glad I quit and I am not a slave to them any more.
Was it worth the discomfort, the wanting this addiction gives us, the sleepless nights, you bet it was, and it's not over yet, and I am still on my guard.
So to every body coming up behind me good luck it is worth it, and to every one in front and beside me who have helped me THANKYOU all.
Going on holiday tomorrow to Turkey 8 of us so won't be on here for a while,
hope I stay strong out there.
Maria.

Thank you Horse, paid for that last year, but got plenty of spending money now and don't have to go looking for duty free cigs any more first thing I would have done in the airport, might look at perfume.
Thank you Tracey It's the first time on a four and a half hour flight that I won't be dying for one, and lighting up as soon as I get out of the airport:D, used to dread the flight because of that! sad.
