difficult one,and sometimes you have to go by recommendation, but i do know Avena Sativa-a wild oat, does help with stopping smoking ( having previously tried it) which is one of the ingredients.

I've quit with no aid at all, but I know others have asked what the best aid might be, just not something I've come across before.
