another reason to stay quit, just been to the dentist and even though ive been quit for 6 months now that my lower gums are slightly lower than they should be, I only smoked for a few years!! She said its not too serious but smoking will have caused that but it was good that I had now quit.

keep it up Dave. That 10k aint far away. I have also started running / walking and find it helps with the quit.
