Hope everyone is well. Will be starting week 7 tomoro. I am feeling ok today but still a little agitated and snappy though i hope this will pass . I am thinking about getting a bicycle my hub has one already it would be good to do i think. My only prob is that i have an illness that effects my muscles so would have to keep to the not so steep hills. Anyway keep up the good work all you lovely quitters.
