Been good so far. I did not have any cravings at all, up till now. But I been chowing gum and eating sun flower seeds... Now I'm thinking about going for a short walk, so I don't get fat from all the food I'm eating.

Well done Buge for reaching day two. i think your doing brilliantly, i remember my first few days counting off the hours and distracting myself whenever i got a craving, I too would go for little walks round the block every few hours. the neighbours think im weird and give me funny looks when im puffing on my inhalator. Keep going it gets better HI Karri hows your quit doing? Hope its a good un.. Mashx.
