Coming to the end of day 3

Must say, feeling quite good, been out for an 11 mile mountain bike ride after work and just polished off a big steak.

Tomorrow night is gonna be the trickiest of the week as I rehearse with my band and associate it with smoking, (we usually have a break half way through to go for a ciggy), I'm just mentally preparing myself for it!

Been feeling a bit short tempered today though and letting silly things get to me but I know it's the cigs so I've managed to get through it.
