10 weeks today for me

Yay 10 weeks today for me. I'm nearly at the 3 month stage.

This quit has been the hardest thing i've ever done but worth it.

I've had every illness going but i'm coming through the other side now. I'm starting to feel the benefits. I even joined Slimming World last week to try and lose the stone i've put on.

I can go days without even thinking about cigarettes.

To all of you that are in the early days of your quit just keep going and before you know it you will soon be here. Time has just flown by.
