Good luck all new "No Smoking Day" quitters, believe me, i got thru a hell of a bad start, a couple of weeks into my quit i suddenly lost my father, i stayed strong and im still smoke free, so you CAN do it!

A horrible circumstance to deal with in your early quit and my condolences for that. I suspect you proved to yourself that smoking would not make things better.

Wow, you feb 09 quitters really are doing fine! Have seen a lot of these posts recently... or maybe I wasn't really paying attention before now but you seem to have had a great group going.
Thank you for showing us that it is possible to get through a really tough time without smoking if you set your mind to it. You're an inspiration, enjoy your yr 3, thx for coming back and telling us about your milestone!
